(Pinksheets:WTCT - News) announced today that the Company is in negotiations with various investment entities, both foreign and domestic, to secure additional investment. The purpose of this financing is to take the Company's revolutionary "fuel reformer" to a pre production stage."Members of the board have been actively engaged in discussions with a variety of possible candidates for a durable finance package with minimal impact on the current outstanding common stock," stated Max Bennett, President and CEO of WatchIt Technologies. "Thus far we have had initial discussions with multiple financial institutions and high-net worth investors both foreign and domestic. The response thus far has been overwhelmingly positive. At the request of the various potential investors, the Company has updated its business plan to include the recent test results obtained from the EPA certified testing facility. Those results and their interpretations are to be released in the near future.
