Press Release Source: Global Holdings, Inc.    On Thursday September 1, 2011, 9:20 am EDT
FRISCO, TX--(Marketwire -09/01/11)- Global Holdings, Inc.   (OTC.BB: GOHG.PK - News) is proud to announce that they will acquire Houston based Worldwide Wireless.   Worldwide Wireless currently repairs and restores personal electronic devices.   The company began over 10 years ago repairing BlackBerry® devices exclusively.   Their immediate plans are to expand their operations to repair iPhones®, iPads®, Android® based devices and gaming systems such as the Nintendo DSi® and Sony PlayStation PSP®  The market for this company is huge when the average household has any number of these devices lying around and especially in regards to the Apple® products, there is no warranty that guarantees replacement if they break by accident.
CEO of Worldwide Wireless Paul Normand states, "I have known moms to buy four or five gaming systems a year for the same child! I could have saved these families hundreds by repairing the systems, in many cases, to like-new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new device.   The same applies for many of my customers who use Apple® products, which come with no replacement warranty should the phones break as a result of an accident.   So if they get wet or if the delicate screen cracks, the owner does not really have an option but to buy a new phone.   I also make the bulk of my money on Out-Of-Warranty phones; which basically means the replacement warranty is expired or the availability of an upgrade is months away when the customer needs a new phone yesterday.   Currently, I have a client list filled with fortune 500 companies and contracts with many regional cell phone carriers who funnel their employees and/ or clientele directly to my shop when their technology fails them."
CEO of Global Holdings, Inc.   Terrance Tecco states, "We promised our shareholders a boost in revenue six months ago and with this important acquisition we can expect revenues in excess of $350,000 from repairs, referrals, and prospective contracts with major firms who allow employees 'company phones' and other devices.   We are also very excited about the plans to service multiple, high-demand devices like the iPhone®; the expected boost in revenue from these repairs is astronomical!"

I feel stronger than ever that GOHG will be trading .001-.002 soon the latest news is solid and shows its commitment to its shareholders, triple zero stocks are risky but finding a company very cheap with a solid share structure and sitting at this price per share , I think followers will see some solid profits soon, patience pays and for those not in , .0003-.0004 great entry still my target still remains .002-.003 range at some point.
